The 500 Four was born in 1971, two years after the popular 750 model. The project is completely new: 4-stroke engine with 4-cylinder, 5-speed gear and 275 mm front disc brake. You has both electric and kick start. The gear change pedal is on the left hand side and the first gear is down, just like the modern bikes. The clutch is mild and no effort is required. The CB 500 engine always remains round and smooth in response, even at low revs. Aesthetically it is very refined in detail, from the iconic "candy starlight gold" color with embossed logos to the brilliant chrome plating. The 4 small trombone exhaust pipes are beautiful and sound great. We talk about a first class GT of the highest quality in comparison to the competitors of the time. The 500 is extremely comfortable and easy to ride, mild and reliable, suitable even for less experienced riders. The low seat position makes things really easy. Braking meets the expectations and works better than the standard ones of that period. This bike is light but steady. The suspensions are comfortable and somewhat soft, so it can be challenging to suddenly change the riding path. The 500 Four is smooth and comfortable, the perfect choice for a brilliant and nimble ride.

Suitable for everyone, ideal for those looking for a relaxing tour.
