This is a trip to the heart of the Apennine Mountains, where time seems to have stopped, and man made buildings integrate flawlessly with nature. We’ll be surrounded by dreamy landscapes and evocative sceneries from the peaks of the formidable Gran Sasso, to the sea of the Adriatic coast, riding incredible plateaus, valleys, forests, rolling hills and some of the most suggestive Italian borgos (old villages) of central Italy. Breathing in the true force of nature, and savoring the heritage and vision behind ancient castles, mysterious monasteries, and old towns made out of stones, we’ll truly witness the ingenuous respect older civilizations had for Mother Nature.
